A $20 million Apartment Complex on the banks of the Richmond River in Ballina. Ardill Payne & Partners undertook the Environmental Investigations, provision of treatment solutions and supervision of treatment for Potential Acid Sulphate Soils and Contaminated Water and Land for the site. Ardill Payne & Partners also completed all Civil and Structural engineering design and supervision for the works.
