Arguably the largest integrated residential development in Ballina Shire, Ballina Heights is a 16 stage development of over 750 lots to the north of Ballina which represents the future expansion of the town in this area. within the project and to Ballina itself.The development is currently completed to stage 4, releasing over 200 allotments.
